I first reached out to Louise to help me with my vacation rental because I loved her aesthetic and I also saw she had deep experience with the Whistler market - what works for rentals/and what doesn't. From the moment we started talking, she made herself available to do a walk through, listened attentively to my ideas and then brought them to life (and then some) via her design proposal. Her selections were classy, gorgeous, considerate of my budget and EXACTLY what I wanted. The whole process was so smooth, seamless and enjoyable. I knew I was in good hands. I have never had a proposal come back where somebody knocked it out of the park.

From there, she moved quickly with her team to get everything going swiftly - bringing ideas to the table to make my unit more appealing to renters, while still suggesting durable choices to stand the test of time. Her team was extremely professional, moved incredibly quickly to help me get my reno done to capture the summer rental season and were constantly getting creative with ways to maximize the space, while still taking my budget into account.

Throughout the process, Louise was communicative, egoless, and "on it". She has an exceptional eye and an inspiring can-do attitude.
